Welcome!

Felix Bossard, born and raised in France, is an interdisciplinary artist and mover, currently based in Hannover, Germany.
Starting dance a bit more than half of his life ago with Ballroom and Latin dances (guiding him first towards a competitive pathway), he then followed up continuing with the practice of various other styles.

Graduating from Codarts academy, he started to work with the choreographer Felix Landerer, in collaboration with the ensemble 'Of Curious Nature', first as an intern, and then as a full member of the company. A work that has brought him the capacity to dig into something specific for full time during a period. A period in which he got to nourish, to refine, and to layer his work in terms of details, depth and elaborate way.

Values and interests.

Practicing from a young age various different types of activities already brought Felix this spiritual and physical eclecticity and open mindedness, and it has now become part of his motto. His guiding directions.

On top of that, impulsivity and randomness are two other element that have been added to the list of tools he uses on a daily basis to intend shaping his life, days, body / spirit and his creations as well as (creative) choices and decision making ,however they take place, as a human and as a mover.

As though he danced for a big part of his life, he does not see himself just as a dancer. Rather, he prefers to  consider himself as a human with two needs. Requiring exercises and movements in order to remain a saine, healthy, well functioning and efficient spirit mind and body on one side, and requiring a form of expression, adding up to his vocal vocabulary, to share thoughts, ideas, feelings and concepts to other humans willing to listen to it.

Dance is therefore the crossover field where these elements gather in a symbiotic way giving him space and freedom to behave.

A value that drives him is to spend as much time taking care and nourishing ourselves as humans as as dancers.

The two are complementary, and unbalancing them would be a non sustainable and non productive solution.

Therefore, Felix appreciates especially working with great and interesting Humans before all.
